Re-surfacing of stucco surfaces

The stucco exterior of this home (the peachy orange-colored surface that is on three sides of the house) had a network of cracks, mostly hairline cracks, but some about one-eigth wide and two to four feet long.  After normal surface preparation (scraping anything loose and then patching the cracks) the List Finishers used a proprietary process involving an elastomer (s t r  e  t  c  h  y) coating over the original stucco. Better than new! No more cracks. The new surface stretches with temperature and humidity changes. This proprietary coating also works on stucco chimneys and other cement chimneys.
